Due to the nature of our business and services we provide, subscription packs taken by users are not eligible for a refund. If the user has paid money to get the subscription pack and the money has been credited to company's account but somehow the subscription pack has not been installed and from our side too there is a problem in installing the subscription pack, then in this situation We will refund the user's money within 15 working days. If the user has taken a subscription pack then the user cannot get the money back in any way but the user can extend his subscription pack.
